What brought you to RE!NSTITUTE?
I discovered the Rapid Results approach many years ago through two books - The Breakthrough Strategy and Rapid Results by Robert Schaffer. I found it fascinating and tried my first 100-Day Challenge at the company where I worked. The results and impact on people were mindblowing, and that set my compass for the rest of my life!
What’s your current role?
I am a partner of the RE!NSTITUTE and do projects in South Africa and sometimes with them in Africa.
What do you love about your role and RE!NSTITUTE?
Discovering every day from the Teams and leaders and growing the way we do the 100-Day Challenge. Teaching others to do the 100-Day Challenge has accelerated the way we infect the world to do things differently. A peaceful revolution to change the world.
Where will we find you in your free time?
Walking on the beach and learning about plants and birds.
