100 DAYS

IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

We are a dynamic non-profit organization that uses change management and innovation methodologies to support system transformation across the world.

Through our 100-Day Challenge methodology, we help systems RE!ENVISION what sustainable impact looks like and RE!FRAME what is possible to achieve.

Our Story

Challenges can be solved by partnering with people closest to the problem. We RE!FRAME the way systems think about development, government and change. We RE!SHAPE systems by radically transforming the way they work — supporting those on the frontline and their leaders to focus on results through collaboration and innovation and unleashing their untapped ideas and potential.

Our team is made up of expert change leaders with experience in the systems we strive to transform, including housing and homelessness, gender, justice, anti-corruption, and more.
