Our Story

Challenges can be solved by partnering with people closest to the problem. We RE!FRAME the way systems think about development, government and change. We RE!SHAPE systems by radically transforming the way they work — supporting those on the frontline and their leaders to focus on results through collaboration and innovation and unleashing their untapped ideas and potential.

Our team is made up of expert change leaders with experience in the systems we strive to transform, including housing and homelessness, gender, justice, anti-corruption, and more.
