What We Do
At RE!NSTITUTE®, we believe cross-system collaboration is the key to achieving successful systems transformation. We put that belief into practice by coaching organizations and leaders from strategy to sustainability.
Our philosophy is rooted in equity and inclusion: the people closest to a problem hold the insight to solve it. Our role is to help communities examine the factors that perpetuate challenges and provide guidance on building new ways forward.
Our Process
When you reach out, we start by listening. Many organizations come to us feeling stuck or uncertain about the next step. Together, we look at where you are, what you want to achieve, and which approach is the right fit.
Through partnership, our Catalysts (AKA coaches) guide teams to uncover barriers, test new approaches, and strengthen equity. Together, communities create new processes, collaborations, and ways of working that improve outcomes and reshape how systems perform.
Think of this process like a tree. The roots are bold goals your organization sets, the trunk is support from our Catalysts, and the branches are the results communities carry forward. In time, those efforts will grow into tangible results and lasting system change.

The 100-Day Challenge®
The RE!NSTITUTE 100-Day Challenge® is our signature offering. It’s an intensive, time-bound process where teams set a bold, measurable goal and test new ways of working together over 100 days. Designed to spark innovations, the 100-Day Challenge® delivers fast results and systemic change.
Guided by our Catalysts (coaches), teams analyze how their system functions, identify barriers, and experiment with new ideas in rapid cycles. They track progress, iterate, and refine approaches until the goal is met. The innovations created often outlast the 100 days, becoming building blocks for long-term systems transformation.

Spread and Scale
Spread and Scale supports communities in adopting and adapting successful innovations to produce their own successful outcomes. These may include innovations that emerged from a 100-Day Challenge® or those developed elsewhere.
This is not about replication! Our Catalysts facilitate action-learning and coach teams to identify and adapt solutions to their local issues. Deep thinking, decisions, and innovations are examined.
Teams also learn how to avoid potential barriers and work through resistance. The outcome: increased knowledge, boosted confidence, and customized plans to achieve sustainable results fast.

Learning Communities
Learning Communities are virtual safe spaces where peers connect across sectors to work through problems, exchange solutions, and spark innovation. Open to organizations around the world, members gain access to tools, trainings, customized online discussions, and shared resources. Live learning sessions with Q&A on requested topics are hosted by peer experts.
Too often, organizations struggle in isolation when they don’t have to. This global network offers practical insights ready to apply immediately.

Delivering systems change requires a significant commitment of time, expertise, and resources. We lean on decades of proven methodology and the expertise of our global team to build lasting momentum that continues long after partnership ends.
