Housing and Homelessness

The United Nations projects the housing crisis will affect nearly three billion people by 2030. And while homelessness robs people of their security, families and individuals will keep waiting for a solution. Housing and homelessness systems change is needed now more than ever.

We partner with communities to help prevent and reduce homelessness. Our work also simplifies systems to make finding new housing for those in need easier. Homelessness is an issue that can be addressed, and the solution is in reach.

Systems Change

Real systems change is rooted in equity. Leaders, frontline staff, and people with lived experience know better than anyone that change can’t wait. And that’s exactly why everyone’s voice is needed for real systems change. When silos are broken and communities set bold goals together, anything is possible, including:

  • Increasing placement rates for people experiencing chronic homelessness

  • Reducing veteran homelessness

  • Securing housing for thousands of youth and seniors

The 100-Day Challenge was an excellent opportunity to bring partners together, get people excited about doing something new, and engage voices that aren’t usually at the table. It’s been an incredibly valuable experience!
