What brought you to RE!NSTITUTE?

I first encountered the 100-Day Challenge methodology when I was a part of USAID’s Promoting Justice Project (PROJUST) in 2018. I coached Chihuahua’s robbery team the same year and then went on to coach 100-Day Challenge teams tackling domestic violence in Torreón and robbery in Chihuahua in 2019.

What’s Your Current Role?

In the last three years, I have been designing and facilitating 100-Day Challenges and coaching frontline teams in the Mexican criminal justice system with two USAID-funded projects, as well as in the governance sector in the Dominican Republic.

What do you love about your role and RE!NSTITUTE?

After having worked in the public sector for many years, I was accustomed to the inertia of not seeing results or seeing them after very long periods. After being introduced to the 100-Day Challenge methodology, hope returned to me, and it fills me with pride to see that so many of the people who make up the frontline teams, smiling, proud, and feeling hopeful that, yes, change is possible.

Where will we find you in your free time?

Reading, writing, watching a film, listening to music, I'll be there…
