As Vice President, she is responsible for the development of value propositions and experiences with the highest level of security that responds to the needs of consumers, monitoring throughout the evolution of traditional products to the digital world and execution of strategies to guarantee the approach of payment solutions to all segments of the country.

Irina is a globally experienced banker with 20+ years of experience leading high-performance and multidisciplinary teams oriented to achieve goals through designing, implementing, and following up on innovative and highly disruptive services, products, and digital solutions. She has a very strong mix of skills, knowledge, and experience in the Tech World, combining digital projects, initiatives with fintechs, and strategies with financial institutions who are looking to strengthen their digital presence in the market.

At an international level, she participated in the Future Manager program at Banco Río de la Plata (Argentina) from March 2001 to August 2002.

Irina Valassi has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad La Salle México and a master's degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She also has an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile) and one from ESADE Business & Law School (Spain).
