The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice.
— Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

What Brought you to RE!NSTITUTE?

The idea of the Institute emerged while I was a partner at Schaffer Consulting. I had been spending a lot of my time in sub-Saharan Africa, introducing 100-Day Challenges into massive, multi-year World Bank projects. After a few years of doing this, it became clear to me that it would be irresponsible to continue to do this work as an extracurricular activity in a catch-as-catch-can manner. This work felt too important, and it deserved its own dedicated team and delivery model. This is what brought me to RE!NSTITUTE, and what brought it to me.

What’s Your Current Role?

I run my own strategic advisory business, I serve on several boards of directors, and I volunteer my time organizing and supporting groups in Lebanon that are seeking justice and trying to salvage what remains of their country.

What do you love about your role and RE!NSTITUTE?

The team. The energy. The belief that it is possible to make positive change happen, no matter the odds.

Where will we find you in your free time?

Walking in the neighborhood in Branford, CT, or in my village in Mount Lebanon. And playing bridge.
