RE!NSTITUTE’s recent and ongoing projects include a state-wide initiative to tackle homelessness in California, transforming justice services across Mexico, training on our methodology in Dominican Republic, climate change in Kenya, and combating gender violence in South Africa.
Transparency Rapid Response Project (TRRP)
From 2019-2021, we worked with Mexican state-level anti-corruption systems in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Mexico Transparency Rapid Response Project (TRRP), to achieve tangible results in the fight against corruption through 100-Day Challenges that strengthened institutional capacity, inter-institutional collaboration, and engaged civil society organizations.

Transforming Government’s Ways of Working in Kenya
In 2003 - 2004, we worked with government ministries in Kenya to target improvement in government service sectors. The Kenyan Government used 100-Day Challenges, then known as Rapid Results Approach (RRA), as a core strategy to transform their ways of working within five sectors: Agriculture, HIV/AIDS, Tourism, Security, and Water.
Post-Conflict community-driven impact in Sudan
Working in 13 post-conflict communities to build ownership of the 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement at the community level.
